For Australian customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
For United States customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


19. AMENDMENTS

BRENVS may update these Terms at any time. The most current version is available on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


20. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via selected carriers. Estimated delivery times and fees are displayed at checkout. BRENVS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen events.

For Australian customers: delivery guarantees are subject to ACL consumer guarantees.


21. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may return eligible items Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, not as described, or we made an error, in compliance with ACL and US consumer laws. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving returned items.

22. PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products are covered under applicable Australian and U.S. warranty laws. If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, contact support@brenvs.com with a description and supporting evidence. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
