DELIVERY
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

For shipments within Australia: courier transit typically takes 3–5 business days.

For shipments within the United States: courier transit typically takes 3–5 business days.
Your order should arrive within 4–7 business days in total for both regions.

Is there a delivery fee?
No. We provide free standard shipping on all orders within Australia and the United States.

Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, BRENVS ships only within Australia and the United States.
International delivery outside these regions is not available at this time.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in our tracking page
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Products must be:
Unworn
Unused
In their original packaging
In the same condition as received
What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us at support@brenvs.com and include clear photos of the item and its packaging.
We will review your request and provide further instructions.
How quickly will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 7 days.
Funds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may require additional time to post the refund.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. BRENVS does not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
EXCHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
The original item must be returned first. The replacement will be shipped once we receive the returned product.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return procedure will apply.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Order modifications are only possible before shipment.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, no adjustments can be made.

PRODUCTS & SIZING
What happens if an item is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items are clearly marked on our website.
You may sign up for restock notifications and we will inform you once the item becomes available again.
