DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@brenvs.com
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue
For items damaged in transit or sent incorrectly, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion. No restocking fees are charged.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping label unless otherwise stated.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size, color, or product, we are happy to assist with an exchange.
Please contact our customer service team, and we will guide you through the process. The original item must be returned before the replacement is shipped.
STANDARD RETURNS – 30 DAY POLICY
Changed your mind?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are:
Unworn and unused
In original condition
Returned in original packaging
Please clearly include your order number inside the return package.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable for standard returns.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 days after we receive your return. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT
We cannot process returns for:
Items returned without a valid order reference number
Items not in their original condition
Items returned after the 30-day return period

HOW REFUNDS WORK
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
