BRENVS delivers to addresses within Australia and the United States. We do not currently ship outside these regions.

Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (GMT+10 for Australia / GMT-6 for US) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

All orders undergo a quality check and secure packaging before dispatch, which is included in the processing time.

PACKAGE PROTECTION

All shipments include free parcel insurance.
If your tracking status does not update for 5–6 days after dispatch, contact support@brenvs.com Our team will assist in starting a lost package investigation with the courier.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

  • A unique tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment from dispatch to delivery
